By placing an order through this site, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Sale.
Website Accuracy
Our best effort has been given to ensure that all the information is accurate, complete and current; however, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors on our website, including pricing and availability errors. We reserve the right to correct or change any information on this site at anytime without notice.
NOTE: Images on the website are intended to show product detail and may not show actual size or scale.
Fulfillment
If a product is in stock at the time of your order, normal ship time is within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. Special requests or back-orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship and all status updates will be sent via email. At times, high order logs may result in longer turnaround times and are beyond our control. We will contact you if there is an unexpected delay in your order.
Unless there is a delay in your order, order cancellations must be received within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation email. Orders can not be cancelled once they are shipped.
All fulfillments are subject to successful payment authorization and availability of products.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to address' within the state of Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Sorry.
Shipping
All items will ship via Fedex and shipping charges will be applied at checkout. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times and are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances that are beyond our control. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept customer returns for exchange if contacted within 48 hours from the moment you sign for your product. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging and be received within 7 days of your email notifying us of your intent to return merchandise.
We can only accept requests for exchange of merchandise purchased through this website, www.kar-bn.com. Kar-bn jewelry purchased outside this website must be returned to the original place of purchase and is subject to that merchants return policy.
Returns are for store credit up to the value of the item returned. Special ordered merchandise and sale items are not returnable.
Please pack merchandise securely and use a service that provides tracking and requires a signature upon receipt. We highly recommend insuring merchandise and assume no responsibility for reimbursement or any other compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Return postage is not refundable.
Repairs
Product repair requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If a repair request is deemed due to a quality issue, I will be happy to make repairs at no charge up to 12 months from the date of purchase. If a repair is not possible, I will issue store credit up to the value of the damaged merchandise.
If it is determined that damage was due to customer mishandling, I will evaluate repair requests as a customer courtesy to see if repairs can be made. A service charge for time and materials may be charged for repairs that are not quality related. Store credit or other compensation will not be issued if damage is determined to be from customer mishandling, accidental or otherwise.

Product Care
Quality is extremely important to me and I design each piece to a very high standard; however, each piece is also very delicate and should be handled with care. Many of the materials used in pendants will break, shatter, or crack if dropped onto hard surfaces or exposed to extreme temperatures for long periods of time. Necklaces will come apart if accidentally snagged on dresser handles. Jewelry should always be the last thing that is put on and the first thing that is taken off. Please keep this in mind when wearing your custom jewelry.
As with any fine jewelry, be very careful when wearing while using sunscreens and lotions as they will build residue in pendants and chains. Also, I don't advise wearing jewelry while swimming or showering. Water is not necessarily the enemy, but many of the chemicals in water are. Chlorine, lyes, sulfates can strip natural oils, finishes and patinas. Some can tarnish metals and even deteriorate gold.
